Don’t Buy Into These “Trends” About hashtags for boutiques

This is a post I wrote for the Boutique for Self-Awareness site. It’s a fun, informative, and entertaining read on the three different levels of self-awareness and how to get there.

The way I look at it, the way to get to the level of self-awareness you talk about is not to be so self-conscious about the things we do and the things we say. Because this is the thing that makes a difference: to say more and feel more, so we can do more.

There are tons of things we do to feel good about ourselves. Maybe it’s the way we smile, the way we laugh, the way we talk, the way we dance. Or maybe it’s the way we look at ourselves in the mirror—or in a mirror. Maybe it’s the way we pay a lot of attention to what we say to ourselves.

So yes, we all do a few things to feel better about ourselves. But we also have to realize that in doing those things, we are also doing our very best to feel better about ourselves. And that is what makes it so important to say what we feel rather than what we think.

In a lot of the games these things are called, or I guess, “self-awareness”. We’re not just showing up to the game (or as the player might say it) because we didn’t have any intentions of doing so, it’s not really “self-awareness”.

What these games are really about is understanding that we are all doing our best to be better people. In a competitive game, this can make the game much more fun and rewarding. The problem is when you have players that aren’t as skilled as yourself, who don’t have all the self-awareness you do, the game can become frustrating. You want to win, but it can feel like you’re not good enough.

The game is a bit of a puzzle in terms of just what you think you can accomplish at the end of the game, so I have a few questions for you.

I ask these questions because I see a lot of people that have a lot of the same concerns about the game and its meta-game. As much as I love the game, there is a lot of skill involved in the game, and some times a bit of luck as well. To keep things fresh, I am interested in hearing about your experiences with the game.

The game is interesting because we have a lot of characters, but I really didn’t like the idea of putting the whole story in the form of an action game. And I think the main idea behind the game is to show you what you know about the game, and that is to start the story off by showing the characters how to play.
