By This post includes some of the coolest signatures I have seen on Instagram. To me, they are just so simple and clean. I love how they remind me of the way my favorite songs sound when they are coming from my favorite artist.

There are some forms of infringement that are too minor to worry about. But there’s also some that are far more serious. So really it’s up to the artist of the composition on the artwork to determine whether you’re allowed to use it.
The most serious form of intellectual property infringement is the use of someone else’s work without their written permission. But that’s not really the case with some of the cool signatures on our website. For example, if you were to use the signature to make a link to the page where you live, the author of the signature probably wouldn’t be upset but the signature holder would be. The author would want to make sure people who use this signature are aware that they need to ask permission to use it.
But what about the signature holder? Well, their signature has no right to be here, they should just delete it. But they are very happy to see that someone else is using it. They would rather this be a sign of their own presence on the web, than just another website they can use to link to the page they own.
This is like the equivalent of the old saying, “If you’re gonna be a dick, at least be a dick to someone.” Signature holders are people who use signatures to link the web to their own pages. I understand the idea of being in control of your own identity and not requiring anyone to add it to theirs, but in the end, I think most of us would rather have the ability to have our own signatures linked to our own pages.
